NEW DEVELOPMENTS: Suspect in Kristin Smart's 1996 disappearance arrested

Paul Flores, 44, the long-time suspect in the 1996 disappearance of California college student Kristin Smart, was arrested in San Pedro, California. His father, Ruben Flores, 80, was also arrested as an accessory around the same time at his home.
