Brooklyn Center mayor Mike Elliott: 'tragic and difficult' week

The mayor of Brooklyn Center says he is now "in charge" of the city's police department, while broader authority for law enforcement in the handling of unrest in the Minneapolis suburb Tuesday night was under the control of the sheriff.
