Shoppers trip over 'dangerous' social-distancing bollards on Welsh high street

A blundering council has scrapped 'dangerous' road bollards - after shoppers tripped over and broke bones. Rubber kerbs and bollards were lined down a high street to make sure shoppers kept social distance from one another.
