Putin's military to close off Russian cities to block pro-Navalny protesters

Hundreds of protesters chanted 'Russia without Putin' as they marched through the country's Vladivostok. Their defiant message came as Kremlin president was speaking in annual state of the nation address to parliament in Moscow.
