Manchester Police Sergeant repeatedly punches puppy whilst yelling 'little b******!'

This is the moment a Manchester Police Sergeant punched his five-month-old Springer Spaniel puppy four times in the head. The attack on Frank was filmed by a neighbour, in the footage owner Martin Dunn can be heard calling him 'a little b******!'.
