Bodycam shows cop who shot unarmed black man mistook phone for gun

Police released bodycam footage and the 911 call showing the moments before and after Isaiah Brown, 32, was shot by a Virginia.The deputy, who hasn't been identified, seemingly mistook a phone that Brown held to his ear for a gun.
