Relative of Covid victim says Gov is wrong and daily deaths in India are over 1000

As the covid pandemic launches a desperate oxygen crisis in India, a relative of a covid victim comments the New Dehli government is wrong to asses there are 380 dying each but daily deaths must be exceeding 1000 at least.
