Frustration at venues unable in Northern Ireland to open due to outdoor areas

Pedro Donald, owner of the Sunflower Bar in Belfast, said he fears he will not be able to reopen on Friday after being told outdoor area does not conform with Covid requirements. April 30 marks reopening of outdoor hospitality in Northern Ireland.
