Liverpool clubbing event kicks off with confettis canons in mask-free venue

The 'First Dance' event staged by Circus at Bramley Moor Dock, in Liverpool welcomed hundreds of young party-goers where all clubbers had to produce a negative covid tests and in return didn't have to wear a face mask or stick to social distancing.
