Driver rams into car twice after being on the wrong side of road

Dashcam footage shows driver ramming into car two times after being on the wrong side of road, Warren Grant was on his way home in Southend, Essex when the Toyota Prius rammed his motor head-on after veering to the wrong side of the road.
