Head of Jersey fishermen on spat with France over fishing rights

French fishermen have steamed into Jersey waters to demonstrate against new licences, but the Head of the Jersey Fishermen's Association, Don Thompson, said the condition of the new licences were equal to those Jersey fishermen adhered to.
