Jersey Chief Minister: Mistake in information did this but we can resolve it

Jersey's head of government, Chief Minister, Senator John Le Fondré says that incorrect and missing information needed to update fishing licences crated the tension between French fishermen and the Channel Island, but is confident it can be resolved.
