21-year-old Julia James murder suspect pokes his tongue out as he leaves court

The Kent man charged with the murder of PCSO Julia James stuck out his tongue as he was led away from court. Callum Wheeler, 21, from Aylesham, was formerly accused of killing the 53-year-old at the hearing. He appeared at Medway Magistrates Court.
