Polar bear spotted in Russian village 675 miles inland from natural habitat

A polar bear has been spotted walking through the Russian village of Dzhebariki-Khay. The second part of the video shows the tense encounter between a dog and the bear. The dog barks at the arctic animal, who doesn't seem too bothered.
