Fire set with Molotov cocktails at dog shelter kills over 30 dogs
More than 30 dogs were burned alive after Molotov cocktails were used to attack a shelter for discarded pets. Police are investigating the inferno near Yekaterinburg, in Russia, amid reports of arson.
