Covid-19 in numbers: 35.9 have received first dose of vaccine

Government data up to May 12 shows that of the 54,797,640 jabs given in the UK so far, 35,906,671 were first doses - a rise of 184,210 on the previous day. Some 18,890,969 were second doses, an increase of 452,437.
