Human rights activist says 'welcome everyone' should be used to greet passengers
Following controversy over LNER's apology to a non-binary passenger for the greeting, 'good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls', human rights campaigner Peter Tatchell told talkRADIO that 'welcome everyone' should be used instead.
