Burnham: Areas hit by new variant should be allowed to jab younger Brits quicker

Andy Burnham says areas affected by the Indian Covid variant should be allowed to vaccinate younger people more quickly. Surge testing has already begun in 15 towns including Bolton and Formby and ministers approved plans aimed at slowing the spread.
