Hancock confirms that 20 million Brits have had their second dose of vaccine

A total of 2,323 cases of the Indian Covid variant have now been found in England, Health Secretary Matt Hancock announced today as figures show they have quadrupled in just 10 days and now account for at least one in five infections.
