Kwasi Kwarteng urges 'caution' despite being 'pleased' to reopen on May 17th

Kwasi Kwarteng says he and the Government are 'very pleased' to ease coronavirus lockdown restrictions and open up on the key date of May 17th. The Business Secretary did call for 'a note of caution' as people will begin to mix indoors once more.
