Suspect wanted for biting 48-year-old Asian man in New York City

The NYPD is looking for an individual who assaulted a 48-year-old man in New York City. The suspect approached the victim unprovoked and punched him in the face. He also bit the victims fingers, causing the middle one to be severed.
