Gloucester cellar where police are digging for suspected Fred West victim remains

The cellar area of the Clean Plate café in Southgate Street, Gloucester on the day police began excavating for suspected Fred West victim remains. In the footage chalk markings can be seen on the floor which are areas highlighted for surveying work.
