Clip shows 'fighter jet which escorted Ryanair flight' returning to base

This clip purports to show the fighter jet in Minsk which purportedly escorted a Ryanair flight down to the ground in Belarus returning to its base. The MiG-29 was scrambled to deal with a 'bomb threat' as it forced the plane to land in Minsk.
