NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo says NYC has 'major crime problem'

Governor Andrew Cuomo has said New Yorkers no longer feel safe amid a spike in crime that will hamper the city's COVID recovery if it isn't handled soon. He urged for NYPD and NYers to build trust between each other.
