Malian President and Prime Minister freed after resigning whilst in detention

Mali's Interim President Bah Ndaw and Prime Minister Moctar Ouane have been freed by the army after they resigned, a military representative said. They both resigned from their posts when in detention on Wednesday after they were arrested on Monday.
