Earlier message from Hounslow Council urging over 18's to get vaccinated

A message earlier in the day from Hounslow Council to over 18's as they said 'the sun is out so come on down' and get vaccinated, with Twickenham Stadium hosting a mass vaccination day. This was before vaccines were said to run out at 19.30.
