Shocking moment gunmen pull up before shooting into crowd of partygoers

Miami-Dade police have released video of the moment three shooters pull up in a SUB before firign indiscriminately into a crowd of partygoers at a rapper's birthday killing three at the El Mula Banquet Hall.
