Thai authorities retrieve body of 'murdered hooker' in suitcase in 2014

Shane Kenneth Looker is accused of murdering a 'Thai hooker' in 2014, named Laxami Manochat, whose body was discovered dismembered in a suitcase. The European Court of Human Rights has now ruled he will be extradited to face justice in Thailand.
