Portuguese MP says the UK is being overly cautious by amber-listing the country

The Portuguese MP for the Algarve, Cristovao Norte, says the UK is being overly cautious by amber-listing Portugal. The MP goes on to say that Chelsea and Man City fans didn't wear masks whilst in Porto, but that locals did.
