Matt Hancock denies lying to Prime Minister about testing people in care homes

Matt Hancock denies telling Boris Johnson that people being sent from hospitals to care homes were being tested. The Health Secretary said testing was not available to test everybody and that 'testing was reserved for those who had symptoms'.
