Traveller racing back from Portugal: 'I was ashamed to be British out there'

A traveller racing back from Portugal has said whilst he and his wife were abroad, 'I was ashamed to be British out there'. Portugal's foreign minister said Spain's decision to require a negative test crossing the border must have been an error.
