Cruise passengers 'can't set foot in her own country' due Scotland covid rules

Passengers on a cruise ship touring the UK have been told they will not be allowed to disembark in Scotland. Scottish government Covid rules block it from entering the port of Greenock as restrictions across the land haven't reached level one yet.
