Andy Burnham: 'Bring forward vaccine supplies in high case areas'

Mayor of Greater Manchester Andy Burnham calls on the Government to go further on additional Covid measures in the north west, and urged ministers to release vaccine supplies earlier than planned to cope with the surge in cases.
