Foreign Sec: No doubt some countries are using vaccines as a geopolitical tool

UK's Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab says he has 'no doubt' that some countries are using the Covid-19 vaccine as a geopolitical tool to secure influence, and that the British government do not support 'vaccine diplomacy'.
