Terrifying moment Luton teen on M1 flies past police at 165mph

The footage, supplied by Derbyshire Police, shows 19-year-old Usman Kiani from Luton, Bedfordshire, his car full with passengers, jump a road block, undertake and then overtake shocked officers who were trying to stop him.
