Financial Secretary says 'Govt thinking about all aspects' on travel situation

Financial Secretary Jesse Norman, says the 'Govt is thinking about all aspects' to do with the current travel situation. He says they have delayed coming out of lockdown in order to do it more 'safely' and 'securely'.
