Ohio officer runs over shooting victim, Eric Cole, in Springfield, Ohio

Officer Amanda Rosales responded to reports of shots fired, then struck a wounded man who was lying in a street. Eric Cole, 42, of Springfield, was flown to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead a short time later.
