Marine engineers make a barmy boat out of skip 125kg and outboard motor

These handy blokes have taken on their own scrapheap challenge by converting a 200kg SKIP into a motor-powered boat and sailing it down a river - and now they're planning to cross the English Channel. It was built by two marine engineers.
