Shapps on Hancock alleged affair: 'I'm sure rules were followed'

Transport Secretary Grant Shapps has said he would not be commenting after pictures were published allegedly depicting his married Cabinet colleague Health Secretary Matt Hancock in an embrace with his closest aide.
