Think-tank believes Hancock leak breaches the Official Secrets Act
Dr Alan Mendoza, of the Henry Jackson Society, says it 'should be impossible' for a bug to be placed anywhere near Whitehall offices. The think-tank have filed a complaint to Scotland Yard, suggesting a breach of the Official Secrets Act.
