Biden visits Wisconsin in bid to shore up infrastructure plan support

US President Joe Biden visited La Crosse, Wisconsin on a mission to raise support for the $1.2 trillion economic infrastructure package hammered out by a bipartisan group of legislators but still in need of support in Congress to become reality.
