Furlough phase-out leaves businesses to 'sink or swim'

Shadow Chief Secretary to the Treasury Bridget Phillipson agrees the furlough scheme needs to come to an end but that the timing is problematic as many businesses still operate under heavy restrictions due to the government delaying full reopening.
