Wichita father celebrates son's birth while mourning his wife killed in crash

A Wichita father is celebrating the birth of his son while also grieving his wife's death. On Tuesday (July 6), Samantha Russell was the innocent victim killed in a crash at Central and Ridge Road following a police pursuit of robbery suspects.
