Farmer catches serial fly-tippers in Kent and forces them to flee on foot

Farmer Steve Jones and his sons caught a group of serial fly-tippers who frequented his land, blocking them in with a car, tractor and forklift. Other residents living nearby at Blue Bell Hill also caught fly-tippers in action.
