Patrick Vallance: There's no doubt we are in third wave and infections will rise

Sir Patrick Vallance admits we are in a third wave of Covid-19 and says he expects infections to rise as we come out of lockdown. He says the relationship between infection and hospitalisation and deaths is still there but is lower than previously.
