Father dangles three-year-old son over high rise window after fight with spouse

Father stood on a high rise window ledge dangling son, three, over edge and threatening to drop the boy 150ft to his death because of his wife's 'cheating'. After a tense standoff with police and negotiations Roman Terentyev freed the child.
