Boris Johnson: 'Economic hurricane' will have consequences on public spending

Speaking in the Commons, Prime Minister Boris Johnson admitted that the £407bn pumped into the economy to keep the UK afloat during Covid's 'economic hurricane' will require cuts to areas of public spending, following a cut to the aid budget.
