Police chief: Courts must be tougher with 'sob stories' from anti-social fans

Chief Constable Mark Roberts says courts issuing football banning orders must be tougher and not accept 'sob stories' from defendants. The PM is planning to expand the cover of the orders to include racial abuse online.
