Police officer punches and attacks man in back garden as woman pleads for him to stop

A police officer is seen dragging a man to the floor and beating him in a front of a children's playhouse in a back garden. The woman filming it can be heard begging the officer to stop as he straddles the man and uses to body weight to restrain him.
