'Welsh rules apply': Mark Drakeford sets Covid restrictions on face coverings

As 'Freedom Day' looms, Welsh First Minister Mark Drakeford says face coverings will be mandatory when indoors and on public transport in Wales.He has instructed the people who run the transport system to enforce the rules for those entering Wales.
